Attached is the procedure to vote online for our MAUD departments  -  APMARP Project(Double Entry Accrual Accounting System)for 

E India 2012 Awards which we all are implementing and now nominated for the country wide prestigious award. The Project is nominated in the name of the C&DMA and the award will go to our Department  during E INdia 2012 (Nov 15th)'if enough votes are pooled. Other departments are also contesting.

However as online voting will close well before NoV 15th , we seek your kind co operation in pooling up the votes from the Municipalities as well as RDMAs.

Step 1 :   GO To  http://eindia.eletsonline.com/2012/     OR YOU CAN ALSO GOOGLE  e india 2012 and get the address in google search

Step2:   Once the site opens you will see a header on the home page as given below. Click on the VOTE NOW for e india ( last item –blue circle logo- in the header).

Step 3:  Then  the system asks you if you have a face book account( You can vote by logging on to face book but the other option is easy)—SO PRESS NO.

Step 4: Then a Registration form opens. Fill the registration form and click submit. A message will come that a link is sent to the email address given by you,  in the registration form.

Step 5: Now open your mail id and the inbox and the message from e india. Once you open the message a link is given which you have to click and finish the voting.

Step 6:  Then a list of Projects under various categories  open. The Project from our department( APMARP- CDMA – MA&UD) and which you can vote will also appear in the list under e governance projects in AP as below:

There will be other projects. But the above is the Project from our department which you can vote. Please click the circle to the side of the Project name and then press the submit vote button at the bottom of the page.

A message then appears-“ thank you for voting”.
