The recent release ‘3’ came in with a lot of hype and the reason for that was the viral hit song ‘Why This Kolaveri Di’. Though the song came in with huge impact, the film could not create the same and it fizzled out at the box office. However, the film has been making news for another reason.

Grapevine was making rounds that superstar Rajinikanth has got a business interest in this project. Buzz was that Rajini was involved in the distribution of the film in Andhra Pradesh in the dubbed format. However, the superstar has come into the open and gave the clear picture on this.

His spokesman has reportedly quashed this as a baseless rumour and clarified that he has no business interest or financial connection with the film ‘3’. He has reportedly requested the distributors not to trust any such news which speaks about his involvement to the movie.
